A: Yes, we use secure cloud drives to store all the data you share with us. Additionally, we sign a confidentiality agreement with you, which binds us to keep your information safe. Q: What information do you need from me?
A: If you are a beverage maker, we need your label artwork and some basic dimensions of your containers. If you are a product manufacturer, we need your CAD files and artwork if any. We may also need to chat a little over the phone, but that’s really it!
Q: I sell products, but I don’t have access to CAD files. What’s the solution?
A: If your product is generic, we may already have the CAD files in our database. For example, we have CAD files for several beauty products like creams, lipsticks, oils etc. If your product is one-of-a-kind, you can always ask your manufacturer for the CAD files. Q: Can you do lifestyle imagery using this process?
